WILSON COUNTRY CLUB POOL RULES & REGULATIONS
Dates of Operation:
The Pool will be open on the following days:
Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day
Hours of Operation:
The pool is to be open during the following hours
Saturday 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.
Sunday 12:00p.m. to 7:00p.m.
*Monday 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.
*Tuesday 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.
*Wednesday 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.
*Thursday 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.
*Friday 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.
* On days when Public School is in Session (Wilson County Public Schools) the pool will be open 4:00pm until 7:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 4:00pm until 8:00pm on Friday. Weekend Operation During School Hours Operation; Saturdays 11:00am until 8:00pm and Sundays 12:00pm until 7:00pm.
Sign In / Guest Fees
All members and guest must sign at the gate.
Only 4 guest visits per season, per family. Guest fee is $7.00. Adult children of member’s must pay a guest fee of $7.00. Each family is allowed one nanny or babysitter to accompany the family or children at the pool.
Please contact the Administrative Office (252-291-3815) to obtain a Nanny Pass $50 per season.
No Food or Beverage from outside of the pool are permitted.
At pool break only adults 18 and over are allowed in the pool.
Children under 9 must be chaperoned.
Children under 12 must pass a swim test to swim in the 9-foot area.
Baby pool is for children under 4, accompanied by an adult or parent.
Babies in diapers must wear rubber diaper covers.
No goggles on the slide.
Must go down slide feet first.
Only one person on the slide at a time.
No flotation devices allowed on the slide unless the parent/guardian is at the bottom of
the slide to catch the child.
No parents in the plunge area.
Child needs to pass a swim test to go on the slide.
Balls and Floatation Devices
Balls and flotation devices at the discretion of the Pool Manager.
No hard balls allowed in pool area.
Only Coast Guard approved life vests/floatation devices permitted.
No running, pushing, or rough play.
Pool Area cleared during electrical storms and will remain closed until re-opened by the
lifeguard. The lifeguard in charge will also be responsible for determining when the pool will
be opened in bad-cold, rainy, damp weather.
No dogs or pets are allowed in the pool area.
Smoking is not allowed at the pool complex. Smokers are encouraged to go to the patio
outside of Grover’s Grill.
FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS:
ANY AND ALL RULES POSTED / COMMUNICATED MUST BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES.
VIOLATIONS OF RULES WILL RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
