  • Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management and has an Associate's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Business Managment.
  • Was the Executive Chef at Colonial Downs Horse Track, Executive Chef at the Edgewater Beach Hotel and the Director of F&B/Clubhouse Manager at Wildcat Run Golf and Country Club in Florida.
  • Front of the house experience combined with intimate knowledge of dining operations from the back of the house side make a special combination that increases the value of your food and beverage experience at Wilson CC!
